Nishi Trading Founder Minoru Nishi Snr, has been farming and  exporting since the early 1970s.

Minoru started off by supplying the local market then airfreighting tomatoes , zucchini and capsicums to New Zealand, and from there continued to expand into the operation it is today.

Today, Nishi Trading operates  on  over 300 acres of farmland and engages with local farmers to cater for local produce demands and also for international markets in destinations such as New Zealand, Australia, American Samoa, Japan and Korea.
